Greta and I worked together to build custom software application products. As the head of the custom software department at Greenstone she was excellent at managing the product timelines and work flow necessary to keep clients happy. She also led all development of UI/UX design for the projects she managed. She is a fast learner and is not afraid to ask questions when necessary. She is very passionate about usability and making sure that the product is what the client needs, and what their users expect. She is also great with keeping up with clients and making sure they feel heard and understood, and very adept at turning that client feedback into actionable items.
